    Staff practise on Trainee logins, then try YOH on a real service next to your old till.

    Switch off the old one

    Happy? Check how much notice your old system needs, and give it. Changed your mind on an import? Undo it.

On another system? If it exports a CSV or Excel file, YOH can read it. Match the columns, check what will land, and undo it if it's wrong. Or set your menu up by hand. Photographing your printed menu is coming. Talk to us.

Do staff PINs come across?

Never. Everyone sets a new PIN in YOH.

What about guests' marketing consent?

Only guests your file says agreed get your news through YOH. Everyone else starts with no marketing.

Can I undo an import?

Yes, each one.
